2. Orders and Payments
Product prices and service fees are shown before purchase or agreement. Monthly services are billed at the agreed fixed fee unless changed by written agreement.
3. Delivery and Setup
Fast delivery available in Belfast. Setup support depends on the product or package purchased.
4. Hardware
Hardware may be included in selected packages or available at additional cost. Hardware availability can vary and will be confirmed before setup.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business, menu, contact and payment information where needed to complete setup or service delivery.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel services should be sent to OrderNI directly. Any already delivered products, setup work or active service period may still be chargeable.
